2019年，CMR產(chǎn)業(yè)聯(lián)盟標委會(huì )正式成立，并開(kāi)展標準化相關(guān)工作，截止到2022年，CMR產(chǎn)業(yè)聯(lián)盟共發(fā)布團體標準14項，涵蓋“基礎類(lèi)、規范類(lèi)、方法類(lèi)、檢測類(lèi)、產(chǎn)品類(lèi)、器件配套類(lèi)”6大類(lèi)，從行業(yè)的各個(gè)細分角度都開(kāi)展了完善且細致的標準化制定工作。
